Not only sound of tuning forks or signing bowls can have potentially healing properties, related to i.a. planetary cycles, but also rhythm could efficiently raise energy levels.
The term healing refers to widely recognized beneficial influence of certain frequencies on the energy body. Nevertheless, they are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any diseases. Please refer to the disclaimer below.
Everything is in motion. Every natural cycle has its frequency. Frequency is rhythm. Rhythm is life.
BPM stands for beats per minute, and Hz (Hertz) signifies cycles per second. The difference is, therefore, just the timeframe.
To convert Hz to BPM, the value should be multiplied by 60 and, eventually, the result should be octaved up or down (i.e. multiplied or divided by a power of 2).
Using patterns that divide by 2, 4, 8, etc. (i.e. 1/2, 1/4, 1/8) is possible, since it's the same as octaving up. However, dividing the pattern by numbers different than a power of 2 (e.g., by 3, using 1/3 or 1/6), changes the frequency, and is not recommended for this purpose, unless the BPM value is also multiplied by 3 first.
Any software generating drums with required quality and precision will be sufficient. It is worth noting that floating values are not always supported.
Hydrogen is one of the available free and open-source options, supporting floating values as well.
COMING SOON...
Rhythm along with sound can also be potentially healing. Finding the frequency and good rhythm can take a while, but may be very satisfactory.
